Cow Ghee

Our ghee comes from Uthukuli (Tamil Nadu) the most renowned ghee region of South India. This ghee is traditionally made using the cream butter (instead of lactic butter used in commercial ghee). Everyday, milk is separately collected by farmer families from different cow breeds and slowly heated at low temperatures to keep its nutritional value intact.
